Hands & Hearts Together 2022: a place at the table

Hands On Hartford’s signature event, Hands & Hearts Together is took place Thursday, September 29, 2022, at 5:00pm, at the Hartford Marriott Downtown – in person!

Our theme this year was “a place at the table” and here are some event highlights:

we featured our innovative new restaurant, Gather55, which harnesses the power of delicious food to connect diverse communities through a restaurant with an inclusive vibe, where all can gather, regardless of ability to pay
we celebrated the many ways Hands On Hartford works to create a “place at the table” for everyone in our community
the evening included a dance performance by CONNetic Dance, and entertainment by Voices of Hartford (a wonderful new program led by Miles Wilson-Tolliver that creates a safe space for young men of color to develop their vocal skills)
we shared a video sharing the work going on at Hands On Hartford
the online and live auctions were lively and competitive!
